Highly recommend unfortunately you would need a Turkish friend to take you Very delicious of steak and lamb and the service is fast and polite. Please also taste first starters and the deserts. You select your own meat and they bbq it for you. It's good food but I had better bbq meat in Bursa, in other restaurants on the way up to Uludag. It's not pricey but it's also quite a drive from the center. We really enjoyed our dinner at Uzan et Mangal! Probably one of the best restaurant in Bursa for barbecue meat. It is possible to select the meat you want to be coocked at the entrance.
