These are shocking companies, they use the tactics of 'Sale on the night; to get you signed up to a non- cooling off period which is never mentioned. They say they need to call their 'Manager' which is correct but we already know how much we can discount the kitchen by its just a matter of how to get the client to sign tonight so they usually throw in something like 'if you buy it tonight we can get our hands on some sale stock, but its only for tonight'. Freedom Kitchens hires the installers and then when your property is destroyed brand new Smeg dishwasher in my case Freedom advises they are not responsible and it's the responsibility of the installer. The installer on my job at Avalon Beach became abusive, threatening and chases me for money that I've already paid because I contacted him as advised by Freedom. I've now taken my matter to Dept of Fair Trading. Do not buy a Freedom kitchen, it's not worth dealing with such unprofessional trades.
