It also has views of the airport and aeronautical enthusiasts can enjoy watching the planes taking off and landing over the bay. Hurricanes Brighton Le Sands is spacious venue with floor to ceiling glass to take advantage of the views. It is extremely large with plenty of tables, 2 bars and open plan so you could easily host a large party. We were informed they were booked up with people for New Years Eve. We arrived right on noon and it was just opening.

The food was good and the views were awesome however service could've been much better. We went for a late lunch yesterday and had to wait quite a while for our drinks. I had to ask twice to two different waitresses until we were served. I noticed other tables were served almost instantly with serving trays , I don't understand why we were not treated the same. If you want a feast, this is definitely where you should go. Their reputation for their ribs is no mistake, and once again they proved the goods. Top notch! Food was good recommend the wings, food also came out pretty go time wise, would have been 4 stars except for the fact that they demanded my phone number and name and told me they would not seat us if this was not provided at the door, not sure for what purpose a restaurant needs to collect phone numbers and names for walk in customers, will be complaining to head office and the OAIC on this unessessary data collection.
