We visited in Feb The room wasn't ready because it was so early but the front desk was kind and called us as soon as it was ready. We interacted with the hotel staff regularly for questions, directions,etc and each time the hotel staff was excellent—Chiara and Ettore are top notch. They answered our questions, many times. Gave excellent restaurant recommendations and overall kind.
