The relevance of this study is determined by the insufficient generalization of the theoretical and practical experience of teaching high performance athletes. The accumulated knowledge about the training system , communication with the coach, nutrition, the psychological climate of the sports organization, and medical service makes it correct to consider it as a culture of training an athlete. The purpose of the study is to consider the system of training a top-level athlete as a culture of his or her development managing.
