Nice smoky notes and clean finish. I haven't had time to mix a cocktail with it yet, though. I had a Paloma Blanca at Emeril's Delmonico with this as the spirit, which inspired me to purchase this. Good enough to sip neat and cheap enough to enjoy in a cocktail. Flavor wise it has all the basic elements of mezcal going on. Its well balanced, not heavily smoked, and has a clean finish. Its not very complex like many of the more expensive mezcals but don't let that keep you from enjoying it.
