This Power Moon can be found in Quadrant C4, on an alcove behind a large rock located on the North East side of the main island platform. Since it is a challenge room, you'll have to leave Cappy behind as you undertake this challenge - and you must make your way across rapidly vanishing platforms while dodging incoming fire from Sherm Tanks. At the start, it's a straight shot from the P-Switch across a temporary bridge to where a Sherm Tank is firing. Start rolling and keep tapping the roll button in 1 second intervals to keep up your speed, and curve to the side to avoid projectiles and blocks in the road. Once you reach the next P-Switch, keep rolling but stop shortly after passing the switch. You'll now want to use the momentum you gained from rolling to start triple jumping your way up the stairs.

Welcome to the Dark Side! The main Objective of this area is to defeat the Broodals once and for all. There are other Moons here, but they won't be unlocked until after you complete the Objective. For now, take the Shock Pylon to the island and cross it to the second. There's an important aide here just before the second Shock Pylon. Stand on the top of the ledge to the South of it and face the Shock Pylon, then spin Cappy on the stone vegetable's stalk closest to the right for a Life-Up Heart. This will add six Hearts and top your life up to full. What's significant here is that you are completely free to backtrack after each Broodal fight to this point and get the Life-Up Heart again, which helps greatly in tackling all of them.
