Today I was doing workout on my Garmin Edge and Suito as usual and when I changed resistance from level two to level one, resistance somehow went too high probably maximum and I cannot change it. I cannot calibrate it because i cannot get 30kmh…. I think the usual is for a c wheel but its a lot smaller like I have it more than a year and everything was fine… i tried multiple ways to change circum. You can nudge the motors and they may move again.

A few months back I bought an Elite Suito. The first few weeks went by well and with no issues. Sadly, this now has changed and I experience a very weird and loud knocking noise. No idea where this is coming from. Sometimes this noise appears only 10 seconds into a ride, on other occasions I might go 90min without any problems until said problem occurs again. I already sent the unit back to the shop I purchased it from. The owner tried three different bikes with the trainer and encountered no abnormal noise. Has anyone ever experienced similar problems? I know that the older versions of the Suito had problems with sound, newer models are said to be better regarding this aspect. Is there any way I mounted my bike terribly wrong on the Suito?

We spend a lot of time on this area because you're paying a premium to get this high-tech functionality specifically, and it's a real bummer when it falls short. Most of us are data nerds training to the numbers, and seeing frequent drops and spikes in your data can be infuriating. It can also come out in ERG training, where you're required to put out a specific wattage over a timed segment, and drops or spikes can screw that up too.

I was zwifting, without any problems and I turned on my Element bolt to see how was the battery, without intention to connect it with the elite. I have reinstalled zwift and nothing changed. The great parts about this trainer; you can use it straight out of the box , I don't feel like I'm going to fall over, I appreciate the hills and I paired it via Bluetooth to my online structured training plan and have had dozens of flawless hours in the saddle.
