Robert William Smith, 43, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one felony count of domestic battery — third offense; and one misdemeanor count of violation of a protective order. Timothy Edward Wilson, 43, of French Creek, was indicted on one felony count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference to the safety of others; one misdemeanor count of no insurance; and one misdemeanor count of no registration. John Edwin White, 49, of Clarksburg, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny; and one felony count of conspiracy.
