When Ben was trying to figure out what alien he should use to stop a flood caused by a broken dam he then decided to give this new alien that he landed on a try and when ultimate alien x transformed into it he named this brand new Alien X. Ben does acknowledge that Alien X as his most powerful alien ever, but concedes that transforming into him is not worth the cost. Alien X does appear to have three personalities. The only things he will say are what he will be doing — what Ben, Bellicus and Serena have agreed to do, ultimate alien x.

Alien X is a humanoid alien whose entire body is solid black, excluding his hands, which are white. He has tiny white star-like spots all over his body, giving him the appearance of a starry night sky. His eyes are green and lack pupils, and his forehead bears three horn-like protrusions. In Omniverse , Alien X is largely the same as before, but with minor changes. His chin is now bigger, his body is more muscular, his horns are smaller, and the stars on his body are brighter than before. Alien X has three personalities: Serena , the "voice of love and compassion", Bellicus , the "voice of rage and aggression", and Ben , the "voice of reason". Otherwise, Alien X is silent. The only things he will say are what he will be doing - what Ben, Bellicus, and Serena have agreed to do. As Serena and Bellicus have been arguing for eternity and before they had no tiebreaker, getting them to focus on any present task is difficult at best. This leaves Alien X's body trapped in place, floating about a foot above the ground until an agreement is made. Alien X is able to warp reality, time, and space with ease and at any level he wishes. In short, Alien X can do anything.

The Ultimate Omnimatrix [ citation needed ] , referred to as the Ultimatrix , was the device that Ben Ultimate Alien revolved around. Ben used it to replace the Omnitrix , which he destroyed in a battle with Vilgax. The Ultimatrix, despite being called a watch, bears a gauntlet-like band containing a black rectangular button and wrist couplings, extending up to almost half of the wearer's arm or forearm since the band's ability to morph its shape was not placed into it but the central core's form remained the same. When Albedo used it, the Ultimatrix had a red color scheme. After Ben took the Ultimatrix from Albedo, the Ultimatrix became green. This shows that the user can change the color scheme of the Ultimatrix. The selection interface was identical to the original Omnitrix's dial, with the Galvan tech logo changing color to reflect what mode the Ultimatrix was in. In Heroes United , the Ultimatrix, when drawn in Generator Rex 's art style, looked the same except it was dark green in color and the hourglass glowed light green. Azmuth worked on the Ultimatrix for years, [DM 1] but its power core was unstable and incomplete, so he contained the device in high-security storage.

Alien X is a Celestialsapien who was born in the Forge of Creation location. Ben acknowledges Alien X as his most powerful alien; however, he cannot afford the cost that comes with becoming the alien. Alien X is a being capable of warping reality at will. He has a black body covered with tiny white stars, white hands, green eyes, and three horns protruding from his head. He has three distinct personalities: Serena, the voice of love and compassion; Bellicus, the voice of rage and aggression; and Ben, the voice of reason. All three speak in unison when Alien X speaks. In order for Alien X to perform any action, including but not limited to, simple movement and transforming back into Ben, two of the three personalities must agree to do so. As both Serena and Bellicus have been arguing for an eternity, and before they had no tiebreaker, getting them to focus on any present task is difficult at best, leaving the body of Alien X frozen in place while Ben attempts to convince them to act. After much fruitless argument, Ben eventually convinces Serena and Bellicus to transform him into one of his other nine aliens. He swears off using the form afterward, as it is not worth the price the power comes at.
