Ever since we moved, ufyh, I've been keeping my kitchen cleaner-- we used to routinely let the dishes go for days, and I used to hate ufyh the ufyh, being in the kitchen, and cooking. I've been cleaning it almost every night since we moved into this house, and it's so nice starting the day with a clean kitchen, and having lots of spotless counter space to cook, ufyh. It is actually something I look forward to now because it feels so satisfying when I'm done, ufyh.

Four minutes, six and a half seconds. Think about the day-to-day tasks you put off because they seem like too much of a time investment. Do you have actual data for how long they take you? Do with that information what you will. What things do you get stuck on because you never learned the steps? Talk to me. What household shit has you confused and overwhelmed? Today I emptied the dishwasher within an hour of it finishing, and I put two loads of laundry away right out of the dryer, so I basically win at life right now. Set yourself up for an easy win with one task you can tolerate that only takes a minute or two. Checking in on my depression nest buddies out there.
Any little bit you do, however you do it, ufyh, is good, ufyh. In case you somehow missed the multiple warnings on the description that ufyh is NOT the word this app uses, there's also a pop up confirmation at purchase that points this out. My sponge needs washed.
UfYH is gender-neutral. If you live somewhere, you deserve for that place to be nice and clean and livable, and you should be the one who makes it that way. I don't care who you are or what box or boxes you check or don't. Stepping Out of Squalor. Squalor Board.
This interval is totally adjustable! Everything in this system is flexible. Marathon cleaning sessions top to bottom, everything all in one go , while satisfying, are exhausting and make you never want to clean ever again. Whether it belongs in a drawer, in the closet, in the trash, or in the cabinet, make sure it finds its way home. This is critically important in two areas, especially: laundry and the dishes. There are two solutions: less stuff, or more storage. Less stuff is, in the long run, almost always the better solution. If that feels too daunting, do what you can. Sink Zero is, by its very nature, fleeting, so focus on getting there, not necessarily staying there.
