I recently ordered my very first plasma cutting table CrossFire XL and was planning on purchasing the Titanium 65 since it has the CPC port on it… However, I noticed that the Langmuir site provides a long list of plasma cutters that are not supported due to High Frequency emissions that can cause damage to the system… The Titanium is on that list… Should I stay clear of it? Also, I would like to get a machine torch set and forget and use the handheld torch without disrupting my setup. Can someone provide a part number and location where I could purchase it? The 65 only has a Plus you get a better warranty with those. By the time you buy the titanium 65 and then a machine torch for it you can buy a brand new Hypertherm powermax 45 xp for dollars more.

I was wondering if anyone has used the titanium 65 with the THC yet. Unfortunately, the divided voltage pins are and there are no raw voltage pins. This means that you will have to open the machine up and connect to raw voltage inside, since the THC requires either divided voltage or raw voltage. Thank you very much for the information. I was gonna open it up this morning and do raw voltage. I will let you all know what happens. The backside of 4 and 11 is where these lugs will be located. The divided voltage is OK… that thing works awesome… I was able to hook it to the high voltage very easy to find easy to find and wire up. It is replacing my Miller spectrum I had seemed to always be having problems with that and when it came time for consumables I would always have to order them Now I can just go down to Harbor freight if I need some In a pinch. Somebody asked to post pictures of the consumables. I have the titanium 45 with machine torch on my crossfire pro and has been a great plasma cutter for 3 years now. Hopefully that Titanium 65 will work as well for you, you should look to see if anybody offers a machine torch for it.

I have a Titanium Plasma I bought a X45 machine torch to use with it and my Crossfire Pro. I am stuck at the wiring stage. The machine torch I bought does not hook to the cnc port. It is set up for the hand torch port. I am at the part of the table set up for wiring the plasma cutter. The instructions show a hand torch. That is the correct port but a different torch. I need to know how to wire this machine torch to the machine so that the software will fire the torch.
