It shows the so lunar activity and give the Times of most fish activity I have always been led to believe that the incoming tide is best or an hour either side of high tide, according to this site this dosnt always fit in with the fish activity. Post Fri Feb 15, am Yeah I tend to swap its minor and major bite times when I use it, as I find incoming is definitely better and low tide is often worst for fishing, especially in close just my experience. I like it for its visual depiction of where the tide is at.

Long period swells are created by big lows way out in the alantic and have traveled a long distance and in that time organized themselves.
