I'm in the class and it goes like treadmill for a little while, then you go on the floor and do something, back to treadmill blah blah blah. Stacey was in hysterics as she retold the story which continued to go from bad to worse. Showing her followers her skimpy black thong, she pointed at the garment as she cried: 'I'm not joking, these were the knickers I was wearing like this [grabbing the fabric], this is what I had to protect me, everything else was out on display.
