Cydney did an amazing job with my daughter's hair, so much so that I made my own appointment for an hour later to have her trim up my hair! So I go to the one in Oshkosh and the hair stylist can be rude and they don't listen to what I want I will show them pictures of what I want and they'll be like oh well it's this I'm like no that's not what I wanted whatsoever and one time I actually had to shave all the hair off my head and go and get a refund I had a mental breakdown because of how bad my hair was I asked for a two on the sides and just a bit of trimming and texturizing on top and they cut my hair which was to my eyes down to the middle of my forehead cut it curved absolutely butchered the top of my hair almost cut all the hair off the top of my head and shaved my sides down with a one. They knew they I normally go to Brianna when I get my hair done now.
