The Rogue Invitational is a CrossFit competition held by the mainstay weightlifting and functional fitness equipment company.

The Rogue Invitational is the fifth annual competition in CrossFit organized by Rogue Fitness and the 3rd to feature a strongman competition. Athletes may qualify for the Rogue invitational through the online qualifier, the Q, and 6 men and 6 women were selected from the qualifier. For the strongman competition, three of the most recent World's Strongest Man champions were invited, as well as additional three finalists from the World's Strongest Man. The defending champion Oleksii Novikov returned, but the champion Martins Licis chose not to take part. Annie Thorisdottir withdrew due to pregnancy, and Alexis Raptis due to injury. The CrossFit competitions were held over four days, from October 26 to 29, with 9 events scheduled.

The Rogue Invitational is an annual sporting event that includes a CrossFit competition and a strongman competition. The event, organized by Rogue , started in as a CrossFit sanctioned competition, but has since become a major competition for CrossFit athletes. The third Rogue Invitational returned to live competition in , which took place over three days in October at Dell Diamond near Austin, Texas. In , 15 top male and 15 top female athletes from the CrossFit Games were invited, and at least 5 men and 5 women from the qualifier which returned this year. The Rogue Invitational will once again be held in the greater Austin, Texas area at Dell Diamond, with three days of competition scheduled from October 27 - 29, Kids 12 and under will receive a free "general admission" ticket upon arrival to the event. Heading into the final event of the Rogue Invitational CrossFit competition, nearly no position on top of the leaderboard was certain. They were tied for first place on the overall leaderboard coming into the last event. Because of the weather, the final event was held indoors in the concourse of Dell Diamond instead of outside on the field. Adaptation was the name of the championship game, and Horvath did so flawlessly. Vellner had a no-rep toward the end of his event that made fans gulp, but he hung on for a successful overall victory. Gabriela Migala and Emma Lawson were also tied for a podium position with points each, but Alex Gazan and Emma Cary were both within spitting distance with and points, respectively.
