She was prepared to kill both him and his brother Ezran, albeit out of reluctance due to her empathetic nature. However, after finding out the egg of the Dragon Prince was intact, she followed the princes through the secret tunnel and was amazed to find that Callum is a mage after witnessing him cast a spell to save her. She defended him in an attempt to stop the king's assassination and held off Runaan while the boys escaped with the egg.
