I called them on Monday morning.. Called them again.. I doubt that the good reviews are legitimate. I inadvertently booked via Flightcatchers through Skyscanner website, mainly because they showed so many good reviews. Once the flights were booked, and the call centre kepy phoning me up until 1am in the morning!!

Please avoid this unprofessional fraud company… Mr Huzaifah and Mr Farooq provided me wrong information booked my flight in red list country on purpose. I send out an email to them straight away at 7am asking to cancel my ticket and issue me a full refund as it's only been mins. Also I would like to add that the parent company is Polani travels who are a famous nightmare travel agency of Pakistan. There is no in between.
