Re: removing the headunit Post by highlander » Mon May 16, pm As for removing the head unit, you need a pair of knitting needles or barbeque skewers - anything thin enough and long enough to go into the two little holes on the front of the head unit itself. As for the code you'll probably need to go get its code read. Sony kenwood and blaupunkt all do kits to use the remote stalk. I will warn you though, there isnt a lot of room behind the stereo after you fit an aftermarket unit in as the slant the headunit in at an angle, the original being laid in flat.
