I took my 4 year old son here to get his first fish. The staff was so sweet and helpful. The man even let my son try to catch them with the net, he got pebbles instead and he added them to the bag My son set up an appointment with Brenda P to have his beautiful longed hair cat trimmed around his butt and and get his nails clipped. They took 3 hrs! The cat was still damp and half his stomach He is an 80 pound labradoodle and is of course scared of clippers. Great store. It's a chain, obviously, so there isn't much of anything about this store that differs from the other PetSmarts. They have a good selection of products that I go for regularly. Staffing wise this place is a train wreck. Don't like to ever have more than one register open, unless they have members visibly angry in the store.
