We are all very careful, I monitor my child while using it and so I don't understand what's happening. It was returned and the second one did the same thing and again around 10 months! I returned it, but this time I was sent a cheaper version with less storage. I didn't say anything because I was happy to just have it replaced, but it has happened once again! The last few months I've tried different things to try and get it working because I didn't want to have to buy another. You see, the child's tablet the first 2 each had a 2 year warranty, no questions asked. However, the 3rd one that was sent only had a warranty for a few months.
