Home depot laundry hampers
Hi all!
Thanks andThat! You may recall that I am in the midst of a fun four-part shopping challenge with andThat! If you missed my first post, you can find it here. Moving our side-by-side washer and dryer out of the space, allowed for a counter top and open shelving. I added shiplap to the back wall and a butcher block counter top.

A laundry basket or hamper can bring order to a mountain of dirty clothing and make you feel ready to take on not only laundry day, but the chaos of daily life in general. We spent more than 50 hours researching and testing 22 laundry baskets, hampers, sorters, and backpacks—in a variety of sizes and materials. Ultimately, we landed on the six most durable, breathable, washable, and portable options to make doing endless loads of laundry as stress-free and straightforward as possible. This plastic basket reliably carries a large load of laundry, lasts for years, has superb ventilation, and easily wipes clean. Three reinforced cloth compartments make it simple to sort laundry by type, while the wheels are great for people who need to scoot, rather than lift, heavy loads. This well-ventilated hamper has a lid to keep the mess out of sight but offers the portability of a basket. This sturdy laundry backpack has padded, adjustable straps to comfortably fit many body types, and it holds more than an extra-large load of laundry. It can carry 1. The flexible, extended handles make it easier to grip a fully packed basket, thereby minimizing trips to the washing machine on laundry day. With three sturdy handles and a curved rim on one side, the plastic Sterilite 1. The sturdy metal frame on wheels holds three removable polyester-cotton cloth laundry bags on metal rods, and they can be lifted out with ease for loading the contents straight into a washer.
At the same time, Andrew pushes it in front of him.
We moved into our builder-grade spec home early last year and immediately noticed the lack of functionality and storage space in the laundry room. For a family of seven, this was not going to work. During the build phase we opted not to upgrade any of the laundry room features due to expense. We knew there was a more affordable way to get the upgrades we needed without breaking the bank. We were thrilled to partner with The Home Depot to show you how by choosing their affordable pre-assembled cabinets and appliances you can tackle the laundry room of your dreams all by yourself! The tile was installed by the builder and was truly the only thing memorable about this space. Our previous ones were nearing the 20 year mark and while we were pleased with their longevity they were on their last leg, not to mention they were a far cry from energy efficient.

A quick pit stop in The Home Depot plumbing section, and we found everything we needed to properly move the pipes down, so that they would not infringe on the backsplash that would be going in. Thank you so much for the chance! The wheeled solution is something that Andrew was doing before we got together. And of course a folding station! Ahhhhh, that would be so wonderful! As is no one can go in or out while we are doing laundry! I would love to fix up their little corner with some shelving, a cute rug, matching hampers, etc. My laundry room is really a laundry closet. I would also like to paint and stencil the wall so there is something interesting to look at since I am in there all of the time! It is in the pass through to the garage with no space. It would be nice to be able to get in the dryer without having to shut the door and cram in beside it. Really even a new washer! Love what you did with your space. We are in desperate need of a new washer and dryer!!

I would use love to add crown molding, a nice wall of base cabinets or cubbies with counter top and a good quality utility sink, and expend into an adjoining closet space to gain a space for mud room cubbies and a bench. Well, if we have to be in the laundry room, we might as well enjoy it. The room looks great!! Then, we added some wheels also purchased from Home Depot. Love the orange and aqua colours — so vibrant. Oh believe me, I growled, snarled and stomped my feet: Thanks so much for stopping by! Also, would love to repaint the white cabinets and put up some shelving. I would love to add some items to organize the small room. The laundry room is now downstairs in the basement and I would like to move it to the third floor where the bedrooms are. There are always piles of stuff and shoes and it is dim and dull. I would love to makeover our laundry area. We were thrilled to partner with The Home Depot to show you how by choosing their affordable pre-assembled cabinets and appliances you can tackle the laundry room of your dreams all by yourself! What kind of material did you use for the laundry bags?
