Jump on the Wiggler and use it to boost you up — first to hit the center brick, witch will turn into a vine; then to jump up to the platform. Bounce off their heads to collect the Star Coin. In this room, you will see coins, blocks, and a P Switch — hit that switch, clean up all the coins, and collect your Star Coin.
