Ji Hye sees to the guard with the gunshot wound, and is annoyed when the attending on call is not actually in the hospital. Even the head of department arrives before the attending, An Young Pil. Chun Soo has come over after tending to Chang Min, and he suggests using ultrasound to determine if the bullet has travelled through the blood stream elsewhere.
