When she was 21 years old, Ella underwent gender reassignment surgery, along with multiple facial reconstruction surgeries to appear more feminine. But she recently told Closer that she has had filler dissolved in her cheeks, chin and lips so she can "start fresh". I think she looks incredible. Their romance also didn't last and they ditched each other at the final commitment ceremony. She has since shared a story about JJ being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on Instagram, saying she is "so very proud" of him.
