But now everything I go to a ghibli fest, one part is silent for some reason. Though, can someone tell IMAX that their seats suck? My mom went to a showing in IMAX with me and she had a ripped seat, and it felt like we were stuck in a theater back in I love this theater. Best seats, best showtimes in the area, the food is better than it used to. Very happy with how this theater turned out with the renovations. And what about that seemingly ancient EXIT sign and directions video that they finally sadly stopped showing recently? Also now closed. I guess that was probably it. Was the tape effect on that video fake? How old was that theater? I think the marquee is probably been redone by now. Truthfully it looks a bit ghetto — like a cheap discount operator came in and took over.

Even before the renvations it was very well run, but with the addition of the 2 lager auditoriums, this makes it my main destination, I travel the extra 15 min for a great experience.

I am so fed up with this theater because every single time I go there it is so hot and muggy in the theater. Literally every single time I have been there, I have had to get up during the movie and walk all the way to the lobby to ask them to turn on the ac and not once have they done anything about it. It is beyond infuriating to spend so much hard earned money for a ticket and needing a friggin mortgage to buy a small soda and popcorn, and then sit there sweating in a humid theater. If you need the staff, they are usually standing in a circle shouting to each other profanity while spoiling details about the different movies playing. I just walked out of the theater and none of this is embellished! I went to see Creed at the Cinemark Buckland Hill, Ct last Saturday, April 8, , and I was so disgusted with the theater, there was food all over the floor and behind the counter where they sell food, the floor was sticky from some spilled drink that they didn't even bother to clean up, and let's talk about the bathroom ladies it was filthy, unflushed toilets, garbage overflowing I just walked out and never used the bathroom. In the movie there were young kids just running up and down the aisles, The only good part was the movie. I will never return to that movie theater, I will find another theater in better condition to Buckland. Pure disgrace!

All in all, I used to hate this cookie cutter theatre that was always overcrowded. Very happy with how this theater turned out with the renovations. I heard one of their managers is a sex offender or something.
