Grain tank capacity and unloading speed are key to output. The and models feature a larger than ever grain tank with an astounding 14, litres capacity. The unloading auger is of a sufficient length to allow for a comfortable distance between the grain trailer and the combine when unloading on the move, and is suitable for 12m controlled traffic systems. Whether it precedes conventional, min-till or no-till establishment, finely lacerated, evenly-spread straw provides the best start for the next crop, boosting breakdown and enhancing incorporation speed through natural processes. Choose from the integral chopper version or the Xtra-Chopping system to suit your requirements.

Anyone know if CaseIH is working on a class ten combine, now that Deere has came out with their ground breaking class ten twin rotor technology? The JD is supposedly a Class 10 and 11 and its not their first time with twin rotors. I can't see CaseIH trying to make an AF a true class 10 without doing something to the rotor like making it longer. Heck the JD twin rotor is two rotors from their class 5 combines but longer. The John Deere is example. You saw lots of custom combine outfits going through here with multiple s. I asked about it a few times. They say the fuel savings and being able to haul them easier made running 5 or 6 s than 4 s. Just the fuel economy paid the extra labor to run the combines. Our dealer sells a few Ss every year and I just shake my head why. Class 8 combines are the limit here for efficiency and that's only in good crops. The only reason why run class 8s is because of our hills and sometimes we get late harvests that makes for tough grain threshing. The only Class 9 combine in my immediate area is a neighbor with a and its a pig on fuel. Not really the combine's fault as its designed for bu corn not 50 bu wheat or 30 bu peas. My cousins help him each year with their s and they squeeze more acres out of a gallon of fuel easy.
But, with the CRs, New Holland dealers had to step up their service departments as far as technology was concerned All types of operators will gain from the system, but those who are less experienced will particularly benefit, as the combine now takes the necessary decisions to optimise performance.
Case IH Axial Flow Combines also known as rotary harvesters are a type of combine harvester that has been manufactured by International Harvester , and later Case International , Case Corporation and CNH Global , used by farmers to harvest a wide range of grains around the world. Introduced in , these harvesters marked a departure from traditional combine harvester design, in that threshing and separation was performed mainly by a rotor, as opposed to the drum and straw walker type models used previously. This is shown in the image at right, where the bulk of the processing area is devoted to a cylinder, that spins and threshes grain from the grain heads and allows for far greater capacity than the previous drum and walker design of harvester. This increase in capacity has led to a significant productivity increase of harvesters and therefore farmers who use them. The rotary design by International Harvester was the first of its kind to be mass-produced and its patent over the design gave IH a competitive advantage over its rivals, including John Deere , Massey Ferguson , New Holland and others. The following is a summary of the model development of the Case IH harvester to the present day. International Harvester had launched the 15 series of conventional combine harvesters in

A bushel grain tank and gallon fuel tank let you cover more acres in less time. Designed, engineered and built by farmers, this combine is packed with the latest in automation, connectivity and harvesting technology, backed by decades of Axial-Flow reliability. An unprecedented fast unloading rate of up to 6. Building on nearly 50 years of harvesting excellence, with proven Axial-Flow rotor technology, the new AF11 introduces the next evolution in high efficiency farming, the AFXL2 dual rotor system. AFXL2 dual rotor technology creates a much larger total threshing and separating area.

If you make a comment like that around someone who has blue blood you will most certainly get a dirty look. The most commonly-used features and the AFS Pro monitor are close at hand and ergonomically laid-out. WishIhada Posted August 4, But realize that that series of combine was produced by a very different company than the one we are talking about today. Capable of harvesting over different crops via quick and easy adjustments, Axial-Flow combines are among the most advanced machines on the market. New Holland dealers have never really loved "blue Magnums" for the same reasons they've never loved the blue Steigers. Looks like most are getting ready to close up. New Holland is alive and well. The little Boomer tractors are good sellers, the little hp tractors are good sellers, too. And lookee what I got to see today. Same engine HP same engine calibration between the two , same grain tank, same cleaning system. These combine harvesters are among the most efficient in the world, specifically the There is a big New Holland dealer and I mean big 30 miles from me, very aggressive. They've finally brought back a round baler that seems to have a good overall reputation.
.
That's the one, if they think there is any chance at all of selling someone a piece of equipment and the buyer isn't sure about it, it'll be parked in their yard for a demo within a day or two, tractor, combine, forage harvester, skid steer , payloader ,baler, doesn't matter what it is. Especially developed for changing harvesting conditions, the Axial-Flow Small Tube rotor is the key to the highest grain quality. Both are regulated by the new AFS harvest Command option, to control grain loss and grain damage. They have went through some challenges, though. Thanks to the single rotor Axial-Flow design, Case IH combines consistently deliver best grain quality and minimal grain loss. The TRs needed some serious improvements in features and creature comforts. The salesman and tech just couldn't dial that one in for some reason. This series had 5. In , after extensive engineering efforts and a bottom up design, IH released the and models of harvester. Now automation is making these changes more often as well as tilting the sieves.
