It doesn't really factor in objectives and stuff. I have a SPM, but thanks to people who have to resort to cheating in order to justify any sense of tactical ability boosters , I'm in the 19th percentile for SPM; so without petty boosters, I'd probably be in the 8th- or 9th-percentile.
