I swim with my husband, play golf with my adult children, and play tennis with friends. I run alone because I have yet to find someone who wants to run as slowly as I do. I prefer to run outdoors, but run on a treadmill when it gets too cold or too dark. Ideally, I exercise early in the morning to avoid the inevitable conflicts that can arise during the day. During the pandemic, I have been sitting at a computer more than ever. Is there a sport, activity, or fitness trend that you would like to try one day? We know that many children and teens are not as active as they should be. How do you think we can encourage young people to exercise more?
