If you move it without hitting the button first, it will become bugged exactly as you say and no way to fix it except for restarting the flight. At least that was the case on the previous patch. I don't see it in the changelog but it seems the issue with the loss of hydraulics when taxiing in idle is fixed. At least it didn't occur in my first test. Make sure to only move the Prop Brake switch when the green "Ready" light illuminates.
