If you've played Ark: Survival Ascended even for a little while, you've probably already noticed the unforgiving nature of Therizinosaurs roaming these lands. These Herbivore creatures are at peace with almost every dinosaur in the world including Carnivores, but they will attack any player or tamed dinosaur that comes near them. They're faster than the player's speed and can easily reduce your health to zero in a few attacks. Moreover, even if you're riding a tamed dinosaur, these creatures can hit you on their back. The only way to deal with these creatures properly is by taming one for yourself. While you're on a mission to tame a Therizinosaur, finding one won't be the hard part.

Has anyone got any tips for taming a Therizinosaur. It was Level Got it trapped, tranquilized it over 30 arrows and started feeding it. Boy its torpidity was just racing down. Fed it about 30 narcotics before I gave up. Do stimberries aid taming in some way? You need hundreds of Narcotics and will need to be by its side for almost the entire hour long taming process assuming you're using crops or mejoberries. The best way to get one tamed is to instead go on the hunt for some megalosaurs to farm their eggs and make kibble for the Theri. Good luck to ye! Also, I think some creatures can be tamed with Stimberries, but you'll have a very low taming effectiveness. So unless you really need the Theri for kibble or something, I would not recommend using Stimberries to tame. If you're on an unofficial server, you can enter their custom multipliers for a more accurate result.

So me and my partner downed 1 of these things, and I hit it with tranqs but it continually wakes up fast. How do I tame it since it wakes up so fast? Make a ton of narcotics 1st Feed it narcotics or narco berries to keep it knocked out? I don't know if this has already been answered or not, since the previous comments are not yet viewable but it sounds like you are trying to keep it down with tranq arrows. You knock it out with them but you need narcotics or narco berries to keep it down.
Today that journey of dino taming comes to an end as we wrap up with the fifth and final new creature: therizinosaurus, an aggressive herbivore excellent at gathering materials for you. If you missed them, we previously covered how to tame the thieving pegomastax , aquatic cnidaria jellyfish and its giant squid counterpart tusoteuthis , as well as the elusive troodon. Fluffy… but dangerous! While the pegomastax has to steal food from you, the troodon has to kill and eat your tamed mounts, and the tusoteuthis requires teams to enact a distract-and-feed strategy, the therizinosaurus finally brings us back into standard dino taming territory. As with most dinos, you need to first knock one of these guys out with a torpor-causing weapon such as tranquilizer darts and then feed it a preferred food. As with most dino taming, the biggest risk here is in getting mauled to death.

The Therizinosaurus Multiensis is a herbivore from the late cretaceous period and is a very aggressive creature, attempting to attack those that get too close to it. Therizinosaurus are very deadly and can tear enemies to shreds with its razor sharp claws, destroying armor and thick dinosaur skin alike. Most of the time they can be seen wandering without paying attention to other creatures around them unless threatened. Should human approach them or if they stumble upon certain tames, the Therizinosaurus will immediately become aggressive and will start attacking. A tamed Therizinosaurus is known for being a multipurpose dinosaur due to its ability to farm several resources in large amounts. In the dossier it seems to be a question how the Therizinosaurus is capable of staying populated due to its slow movement but apparently due to its power, it is capable of surviving and can even take on a Tyrannosaurus. Therizinosaurus claws are shaped in such a manner that they are biological tools which give it the ability to be and adept resource farmer but not only is it good for harvesting but these become a powerful weapon against its enemies as well. A Therizinosaurus is a very powerful mount and can be used for both battle and harvesting, making it a good all-around tame to have as it gives a large advantage to survivors that have managed to domesticate it.

We lived at jungle lakes volcano side and constantly had gigas jumping in our base from pillars, spawning near us and being lured to our gates.
