They inspected and photographed the unit, advertised it on multiple sites, coordinated the viewings, screened candidates and found us a great tenant in under three weeks. Apparently Ziprent or a vendor they use had already picked up the lockbox. And the only thing I know for sure is that my rent will be taken out on time, never that an issue will be handled in a timely manner. Even beyond this one example, ziprent as a whole dehumanizes a very human experience. It is now March 11, I have still not moved into the apartment although I have paid my deposit and first month's rent.
