Orc is better against Rogues and makes lock a hard counter. Undead is better against other locks and priests, WOTF is very good. Undead is one of the master wpvp races. Also fighting other warlocks being able to ward off fear and fear them back would be amazing! And let us be honest. Undead look a lot better in a dress than orcs do. And if WPVP, cannibalize is a great taunt. As mentioned, both racial abilities are strong.
