We eliminated any racks that were too difficult to assemble, felt oddly sized, or were otherwise not functional. If anything broke, we immediately disqualified the rack. But even if the instructions had been present, we would have found it nearly impossible to get all the hooks facing the right direction long enough for us to mount the rack, and even then, the wobbly hooks made the rack hard to level.
