Long time RFD member here since , I just wanted to share my experience with Whitby Oshawa Honda so that you guys don't work with them and have a terrible experience as well. The next day on Feb 2nd in the morning, they registered the vehicle in my name, had it plated for me and I was supposed to pick it up. Then at pm they advised me they were going to sell the vehicle to someone else and that they were not going to honour their contract. I spoke to OMVIC the regulatory body who advised they should honour their contract but they are refusing.

They don't have a car wash in the same location.

Ask for Matthew in sales I am very pleased with the service he provided me. Matt handled the deal with professionalism, cooperation and transparency. He answered all my questions, gave me all the necessary information and discussed with me the various options for a car until we found the best one. He was never impatient….
