Please quit creating a problem when there is none. What did they do? They only adjusted the Gripen according to the known data presented in my reports. This is not live. Because it was too obvious that they were going to nerf engine thrust before adjusting drag values even 5 years old kid could see that coming apperantly you didnt.

Raised - Means you fly at your best possible speed. Always remember to raise your flaps from combat whenever you stop turn fighting, as trying to run away with them still down is just Well, more speed than if flying with them in combat or lowered. Raised is for normal flight giving you the planes optimal operational speed. You should only use them when you just need that extra little bit of turn to line up a shot or to avoid being hit. In normal flight with your flaps in the raised position your plane will be creating the least amount of drag due to the flaps being fully into the wing. This will allow your plane to travel faster than if you had your flaps in a landing or combat position. When you see an enemy and engage him lowering your flaps to the combat position will slightly increase the drag affecting the plane and therefore slow it down slightly. They also create more lift for the plane which allows it to make tighter turns. Takeoff flaps are when the flaps are in an even lower position, the takeoff flaps reduces the distance the plane has to travel along the ground in order to take off but also reduces the rate of climb so they're best to retract as soon as you take off. Landing flaps lower the speed in which the aircraft stalls at so you can come in for slower and safer landing without dropping out of the sky like a brick.
It's a lot of information to take in but correct flap usage is important to successfully outmaneuvering your opponent. Where your not quite correct in is flaps don't create more lift or you would just leave then out full time anytime your in the air.
