I've been waiting 2 months now for my order. They placed the shipping information within a few days of ordering to make it seem like they shipped it, but I've been waiting so long now and nothing has arrived. Even the tracking number I received from them shows that it never left the facility. I contacted customer service and they claimed they "shipped it", but when I went to the post office, they said the package is still in the original location.
