Rain then continues off and on through Wednesday, it could be heavy at times and a rumble of thunder or 2 is possible. Winds will also be quite breezy on Wednesday out of the south, especially along the coast. With a good amount of rain on top of snow, there could be some minor flooding with the rain on Wednesday. Rain wraps up Wednesday evening, and a dramatic cold front moves through the state overnight. Temperatures will plummet from the 50s to the teens, with things freezing up very quickly. There could be a lot of black ice on Thursday morning.
