What chapter is man for a man the weakest flexibility, etc? Chapters like the astral k ights don't count because of how depleted they are. I would say white scars, because of their lack of real firepower.

Honestly, the Celestial Lions were on the short list, and it's unfortunately only due to Aaron Dembski Bowden's writing that they were withdrawn. Not that the short story was bad, or the story itself exempted them, but the conclusion left them with only one path ahead.
