Warframe chroma
The draconic Chroma is a great DPS character to use across all kinds of missions.
Chroma is Warframe's version of a playable dragon, utilizing elemental effects to dominate the battlefield. Exhale a stream of elemental damage, empower yourself with various auras, and even turn your pelt into a dragon turret. If you're looking for a tank that can dish out some respectable weapon damage, consider farming for Chroma. Once you get your hands on Chroma, you'll need to create a good build and get an understanding of each ability. This guide will go over how to craft Chroma and his Prime variant, how each ability works, cover all of Chroma's augment mods, and we'll showcase two builds that take full advantage of Chroma's abilities.

Im just missing one part and I dont know if I should sell him or keep him for myself. Keep him for the sake of collecting alone. Then you have him if you need him later. I quite enjoy him, he's also very handy for leveling weapons as you can effectively slap an extra base damage mods onto them. I was able to fit an umbral build on him with just 1 forma too, so he's not exactly expensive to build for either. Chroma can amplify his own armor and damage when being shot, if that's your playstyle then go for his prime. He also sells for a lot of plat. Definitely grind for chroma prime either way. I recommend keeping him!!! Plus MR points are nice too. I took over oberon prime because of the nerf that happened on chorma so i dont know enough about chroma but still he sems fun to play. Its problems are too easy to notice
Use as many Forma on them as you see fit to achieve the desired build, warframe chroma, and you'll be good to go! Energy cost is affected by Ability Efficiency.
Hello, everyone! I'm here with another idea yes, I have a lot of ideas - I love creativity even if I may not always be great at it. This idea involves Chroma. Chroma seems to have been hit hard, or maybe I don't understand how to use him I don't think I am going to change too much, although I will change his first and last ability, and maybe even passive, on second thought, yes I will touch up on the passive too.
Wielder of the elements and inspired by the fiery majesty of dragons , Chroma Prime has recently re-emerged from the Prime Vault. Utilizing Strength and Duration Mods such as Umbral Intensify, Blind Rage and Primed Continuity helps to ensure that your Abilities keep you buffed and protected while dealing truly impressive levels of damage. For Elemental Ward, he recommends using the heat buff for extra HP. Cold and Toxin are decent options as well for more Armor or faster reload, respectively , but Electric should be avoided, as it increases your shields and makes shield-gating more difficult. Cycle to the element you want for your Elemental Ward effect, and then cast your buffing Abilities for maximum damage output! When selecting Mods, the focus should be on Strength and Duration. Brozime prefers to keep the Effigy Ability, as it can lead to higher profits during Credit-hunting Missions such as Profit Taker. In terms of Arcanes, Arcane Grace is a useful addition for health regeneration, while Arcane Deflection is good for avoiding Slash procs which help keep you alive during Steel Path Missions.

Updated February 11, , by Charles Burgar: Chroma is a staple boss killer for some of Warframe's toughest fights. To help turn Chroma into the ultimate Eidolon slayer, we've updated this guide with updated information on all of Chroma's abilities, where to get his augment mods, and we've added a subsection explaining which Archon Shards work best on Chroma. The exact drop locations for Chroma are as follows:. Unfortunately, that's not all you need to make Chroma. You won't unlock Saryn's boss fight until you reach Sedna, so you won't be able to craft Chroma until you've nearly cleared the Star Chart.

If that is the case, then it is recommended to equip energy-regenerating mods such as Rage or Hunter Adrenaline to keep the pelt active for as long as possible. Update Scorn and Fury will gradually increase each time shields or health are hit until they reach their maximum percentages. Default cost 50 Energy, then costs 5 Energy per second. But, that's my take of course. Since this mod is usable in PvP, Afterburn's base stats are exceptionally low and not worth using in any PvE build. Augment Taking Damage will trigger a 10m burst dealing damage based on Chroma's selected element with guaranteed status proc. Once you get your hands on Chroma, you'll need to create a good build and get an understanding of each ability. During Spectral Cloak, Chroma is constantly surrounding himself with lightning breath, I think the best thematic fit is making him shoot out chain lightning arcs on the closest nearby target with you recast it. Sign In Sign Up. Damage output is now also affected by the Vex Armor's Fury bonus!
Warframe School. The career of Chroma is somewhat unique in Warframe: Since his release in March Chroma was used as a main tank in different survival setups and even was super important for credit farm while the Secura Lecta was still overpowered.
Hildryn is too slow. Posted March 26, Your Chroma's main emissive color determines which element they'll have selected when a mission begins. Passive now, from what I understand is extra jumps whoo-hoo. Abilities can be cycled mid-mission using Spectral Scream. And I would have said duration but if it's recastable that's not necessary. Regardless, increasing range, and having Elemental Ward active along with Spectral Scream will make it easier to clear rooms of containers. The duration i am not really sure how to adjust it yet. I quite enjoy him, he's also very handy for leveling weapons as you can effectively slap an extra base damage mods onto them. This ability can be subsumed with the Helminth system. Augment : Added Afterburn for Spectral Scream. Chroma has a hidden passive that allows you to set your abilities' damage type.
Perhaps, I shall agree with your opinion
And I have faced it. We can communicate on this theme. Here or in PM.
