While shopping last week someone had the misfortune to miss the toilet out by the self-serve lanes. It was tracked leading to the men's room. Now that was bad enough and I really feel bad for the individual that had the misfortune to encounter such a day. It was very mishandled as I informed a cashier. I heard the announcement so I know maintenance was called. I continued shopping. Apparently there was no cones set out to alert for spillage no manager was on top of caring enough to have it cleaned in a timely fashion. The worst experience ever.
