That's all well and fine except for the fact that the pharmacy knew ahead of time that you would not be able to pick up your prescription and, they failed to call you so, you had to drive minutes out of your way for a prescription you couldn't even get. Furthermore, the employees at this pharmacy are reluctant at best to go out of their way to help a customer other than to do the basics, such as, gathering customers medications. If you ask for extra assistance such as contacting the insurance company, they will walk behind the counter and snicker and roll their eyes to the other employees.
