Bear Country handles all of the marketing, manages all of the reservations for the property, processes all payments for reservations, and provides all cleaning and maintenance services. We were extremely impressed with the entire Sun Peaks resort, the village and the variety and amount of terrain it provided. Lots of choices for skiers of all abilities. The numerous thoughtful touches provided by Bear Country Property Management such as the extra towels provided at the back entrance for the hot tub were appreciated. Heated tile floors in the condo provided a great place to dry boots and gloves. Our unit was well planned, common areas provided plenty of space for all to gather and socialize and the design of the unit gave lots of room and privacy for all. The bathroom and entry floors were heated which made for warm feet and ski boots. The hot tub was plenty big for four or five people.
