GroundZero Storm Shelter Problem. We were supposed to have a storm shelter installed yesterday. Having heard that Quail Creek area has a high water table, we opted for the "deluxe" install that should prevent problems from underground water. GroundZero gave us a list of things to do including getting Okie out, a city permit, and removing everything in the garage that shouldn't get wet. Well, we store a lot of stuff in our garage so it was a BIG job to move things out and tarp what was left. GroundZero no showed!!! They didn't even call!!!
