Voodoo Cellar plans to open in the old Spacebar space, in the basement level of the building. It joins another new bar in the building — Liga Boise , which opened on the ground floor last month. Voodoo has a beer and wine license from the State of Idaho, according to records. Building permits show it will mostly keep the Spacebar layout with updates to finishes. It still remains closed.
