Hello all. After great difficulty with the help of a VM staff member over the phoneI have managed to update my VM email login password.

I have had months of trying to resolve my issues with Virgin Media Mail, through Live Chat and various troubleshooting attempts, but I am getting nowhere. I have a main NTL e-mail address and 3 other Virgin Media e-mail addresses, which I assume are secondary and should be attached to the main account. I can no longer access any of the e-mails through webmail - as it says they are unavailable. Tried password resets, but this doesn't work. I can access most through my phone e-mail client.

I have several different email addresses for different purposes. For the past three days I have been unable to log and and then open a second. I delete it and enter the new email address, but can't log in. I've tried using a different browser and get the same. I used a desktop in the library yesterday and got exactly the same. The only was that I have been able to get around this is to restart the laptop, which is extremely annoying. As you have probably guessed, what you are seeing there is part of the underlying HTML source code for this sign in page of the Virgin Media website rather than the actual email address itself:. One of our email addresses is virginmedia. We can't log in to that it says 'forbidden'. We can access it on the iphone mail app. We do happen to be in the currently problematic Area 14 BD2 - is that the reason, but we can log in to blueyonder emails? Thanks for your post - sorry to hear you're struggling to access your emails through our webmail. Don't worry, your area will have nothing to do with the issue. Can you please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser and then try changing your email address password?
