Victor Perkins , otherwise known as Vector , is the main antagonist of Illumination's 1st feature film Despicable Me , a cameo character in its prequel Minions: The Rise of Gru , and the main protagonist of the short "Mooned", and may be the main antagonist in Despicable Me 4.
