I got the email this morning from the Vermeer exhibition at the Rijksmuseum for next spring announcing that tickets are now on sale. They are 30E which also gives you admission to the Rijksmuseum in general. We've got our tickets for 2 different visits, one day at 9am starting time and on another day at 3pm. I'll be there mid-March. But then it goes back to The Hague, which is only an hour away. The Mauritshuis is certainly worth a visit as well. Is first thing AM good? What about Sunday or Monday at 9AM, which would be best? I'm a morning person and prefer getting in early if that's a good time. I would probably choose a Monday just to avoid any of the locals who are visiting on their days off work. I, too, am an early morning person and have been to the Rijksmuseum special exhibition space in the afternoon. It felt hot and crowded so I thought that would work better for me as well.
