We switched to Verizon 2 years ago due to the poor and, honestly, nasty customer service at our previous carrier. Verizon was everything I had hoped for - polite, competent and thorough. What happened? My son went to a store on January 2 to find out why his phone would not update - reasonable question. They couldn't figure out the issue so they suggested he call customer service for a replacement phone. He has been on the phone with them every day since - it is now January 13 and the problem is still not resolved.

We were told because we switched we would be credited for almost 3 months of services due to current promotional offers. Horrible internet, slow as hell. I agreed to the fact that they would bill me for the replacement and it would be taken off my bill when they received my phone. This is outrageous to me. You need help, you'll get it after you push the prompts just to be placed on hold or give you a call back with the average wait time of 15 minutes. This is the first time at this store I usually go to the large corporate store but it takes to long.
