This powerful creature boasts more health than any previous boss and the capacity to deal incredible amounts of damage, making her the biggest challenge in the game to date. While tracking the Queen down is similar to other bosses in Valheim , the following fight is unique. There are a few things that players need to keep in mind before attempting this boss fight, especially for those just getting into the new Mistlands area. For those Valheim players looking to track down and defeat the Queen, this guide is here to help. The Queen can be found in a way similar to other bosses in the game: through the use of a Vegvisir. For the new Mistlands area , these special runestones are hidden within Infested Mines, the abandoned mines that are guarded by Seekers. Unfortunately, not all Infested Mines will have a Vegvisir and players will have to explore quite a bit before finding the right location. Once they manage to locate one, however, just interacting with it will add the Queen's location to a player's map. This location could be anywhere from relatively close to across the entire map of Valheim. For the latter, there are other summoning locations for the Queen in a single game world and another option may be closer. The Queen stands out among bosses in that she can only be fought in her lair, known as the Infested Citadel.

The Queen is the sixth and final boss of Valheim. She is a monstrous Seeker Matriarch, and her appearance differs substantially from other seekers. Her body is larva-like similar to Seeker Broods , her four "arms" are all located nearer to the head, and she has a distinctive mouth lined with small, sharp teeth. Some features she shares with other seekers are a set of large mandibles like the Seeker soldier , antennae like regular seekers, and thin, wispy hair like both seeker types.
